Without sufficient support, the artists, accompanists, engineers, record stores and venues can't do what they do — nourish our souls and make the world a more colorful place. (This goes doubly as we enter the second year of a global pandemic!)
It's worth considering this reality while taking inventory of our New Year's resolutions for 2022. Diet plans and yoga classes aside, how can we take this time of transformation and renewal to give back to the music community that has given us so much?
