Gucci Timepieces & Jewelry, as part of its partnership with The Recording Academy, has launched the "official timekeeper" to Music's Biggest Night: an innovative desktop widget inspired by the design of the I-Gucci GRAMMY timepiece. The I-Gucci GRAMMY widget is compatible with a Mac or PC, and is a real-time countdown to the 53rd Annual GRAMMY Awards ceremony on Feb. 13, 2011, at 8 p.m. ET/PT, marking the time in days, hours, minutes, and seconds.

The widget provides a range of features such as a local and Los Angeles time and date display, and a direct link to the latest GRAMMY and Gucci Twitter updates. The widget can also be downloaded exclusively at Gucci's website. After the GRAMMY broadcast, the countdown panel will disappear and the watch will remain, usable as a desktop timekeeping device.

Tune in to the 53rd Annual GRAMMY Awards live from Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday, Feb. 13, 2011, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS. For updates and breaking news, please visit The Recording Academy's social networks on Twitter and Facebook.
