Your new summer session of mind-expanding chill(s) has arrived. Sit back and enjoy the latest edition of Press Play featuring Shaun Ross' exclusive performance of his enchanting song, "Good Vein."
The Bronx, N.Y., model-turned-musician began singing three years ago, but he already counts Seal and producer/songwriter Rush Davis as his musical mentors. And with influences ranging from Björk and Meshell Ndegeocello to Stevie Wonder and Donny Hathaway, it's no surprise Ross' music has a mojo all its own. He released his first single, "Symmetry," in 2017.
If Ross looks familiar, you may have seen him in music videos by Lana Del Rey, Beyoncé, Katy Perry and Kanye West. He also collaborated with designer Nina Athansiou in 2018 for the "In My Skin" clothing line to bring awareness to the congenital disorder albinism.
