This year, the Recording Academy presented the Special Merit Awards to Recording Academy Lifetime Achievement Award honorees Frankie Beverly, The Clash, Dr. Bobby Jones, Taj Mahal, Prince, Roxanne Shante, and Frankie Valli; Trustees Award recipients Erroll Garner, Glyn Johns, and Tania León; Technical GRAMMY Award honoree Dr. Leo Beranek; and Music Educator Award honoree Adrian L. Maclin, the latter presented in conjunction with the GRAMMY Museum.
In response to the wildfires in Los Angeles, where the 2025 GRAMMYs are taking place, the 2025 GRAMMY Awards and Premiere Ceremony will help raise funds to support wildfire relief efforts, aid music professionals and others impacted by the disaster, and honor the first responders fighting the crisis. Viewers will be able to take action and donate in support of the Recording Academy's and MusiCares' Los Angeles Fire Relief Effort To Support Music Professionals.
The 2025 GRAMMYs, officially known as the 67th Annual GRAMMY Awards, broadcasts live Sunday, Feb. 2, at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on the CBS Television Network and streaming live and on demand on Paramount+.
Prior to the Telecast, the 2025 GRAMMYs Premiere Ceremony, where the majority of the GRAMMY Awards will be presented, will broadcast live Sunday, Feb. 2, at 3:30 p.m. ET/12:30 p.m. PT and will stream live on live.GRAMMY.com and on the Recording Academy’s YouTube channel.
