Justin Bieber's latest video "INTENTIONS" feat. Quavo (of Migos) opens with three empowering stories.

Bahri, is an immigrant from Saudi Arabia who wants to become the first person in her family to graduate from college and faces a long commute on public transit every day to do so. Marcy is a domestic abuse survivor who was raised in the foster care system and became a mom at a young age. Angela is a poet from Ohio who was left homeless and continues to be on the verge of it with her children. All three women are based in Los Angeles and have transitioned out of Alexandria House, a non profit organization that provides housing and other resources for women and children.

"INTENTIONS" is a light, laidback track about Bieber and Quavo's significant others, and the third lead single off Beiber's upcoming Changes album, to be released on Valentine's Day (Feb. 14). The moving video for it follows the aformentioned women throughout their daily lives. It is also shot at the Alexandria House residence where current residents become the stars, dancing next to Bieber and Quavo.

Los Angeles is experiencing a surge in homelessness. According to the Los Angeles Homeless Service Authority (LAHSA), Los Angeles County is home to roughly 60,000 people without permanent housing.

Bieber has established an INTENTIONS Fund with an amount of $200,000 to support the families that participate in the Alexandria House housing program.
