Brandi Carlile won Best Americana Album for By The Way, I Forgive You at the 61st GRAMMY Awards.
"I'm speechless...I'm just so proud to be involved and be able to go in the studio with such incredible talent including the talent that is out there tonight," album producer Dave Cobb who went on stage with Carlile said. "Thank you guys for giving us this platform."
The Americana singer thanked her band, parents, agent and others.
Carlile's album bested fellow nominees Brandi Carlile, Bettye La Vette's Things Have Changed, John Prine's The Tree Of Forgiveness, Lee Ann Womack's The Lonesome & The Gone and the Wood Brothers's One Drop Of Truth.
