Showing no signs of slowing down from the near-constant cycle of touring that has been their life since dropping the hugely acclaimed 2017 LP, The Nashville Sound, Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit have announced their plans for a new 30-date summer tour of the U.S., kicking off in July.
The album took home Best Americana Album at the 60th GRAMMY Awards, leaving Isbell batting a thousand in the category on his two back-to-back releases (the former being 2015's Something More Than Free). The Nashville Sound is also Isbell first album since 2011's Here We Rest to feature the 400 Unit, and his third overall alongside the tight-knit group of Muscle Shoals, Ala., players.
Isbell & Co. are currently wrapping up a run of dates in the southern U.S., hopping across to the pond for a June European tour, then returning home for their newest tour dates. The late-summer run of U.S. shows will also feature an exciting rotating cast of support acts, including Isbell's wife Amanda Shires, Hiss Golden Messenger, Aimee Mann, Brandi Carlile, and more.
The new run of dates will kick off on July 5, at Summerfest in Milwaukee, Wisc., and run through Sept. 28, where it will wrap up in Cary, N.C., at Koka Booth Amphitheater. Tickets are available from Isbell's official website.
