Emicida won Best Portuguese Language Rock Or Alternative Album for his 2020 album *AmarElo *at the 21st Latin GRAMMY Awards. It is the Brazilian rapper's first-ever Latin GRAMMY win. Shortly before his big moment, he delivered a rousing performance with Marcos Valle to kick off the Latin Recording Academy's first Brazilian Premiere Ceremony.
