Passing down her love for music from one generation to another, Mexican singer/songwriter Victoria La Mala shares how her favorite piece of gear isn’t even her own — it's her son’s small, blue acoustic guitar. Given to him on his first birthday, the children's guitar has sparked a deep connection to music for her son and has played a pivotal role in inspiring La Mala's first-ever love song.

“Seeing my son playing this guitar has given me inspiration to write my first ever love song. I just saw him playing it and I just had this amazing feeling of love and how beautiful it is to see a part of me growing and loving all these things,” La Mala says.
