For K-pop singer/songwriter, composer and producer KINO, his favorite gear is his trusty audio interface: the Fireface UFX+ from RME. "Most of the songs you like were made using this," he says, noting that it's how made every track on his debut EP, 2024's If This Is Love, I Want a Refund.

The interface has become a crucial part of his artistry since his years with K-pop group PENTAGON, and since he launched his solo label, NAKED, in 2023. In turn, KINO sees this piece of gear as more than just a tool. "This is kind of a symbol of success," he says. "So I really love this. This is so precious."
