Korean-American pianist and renowned composer Chloe Flower begins each day by playing a piano covered in thousands of mirrored tiles that once toured the world with Liberace. This iconic instrument, on loan from the Liberace Foundation, now graces her home overlooking the New York City skyline.
"It's so amazing having Liberace's piano here. I feel like he's here with me," Flower — who has performed for presidents and with Cardi B — says. "He was such an inspiration to me as a pianist because he really was able to cross over from the classical to the pop world. I love being able to celebrate Liberace every morning when I wake up."
