As one of two keyboardists in alternative Latin band Chicano Batman, Bardo Martinez knows the importance of a quality synthesizer. And to him, there's nothing quite like the unique qualities of his vintage Yamaha CS-5.
"You have everything at your fingertips. It's really straightforward and to the point," Martinez says of the single-oscillator monophonic analog synthesizer, which was created in the late '70s.
