With the park known for hosting EDM festivals such as Hard Summer before its 2013 renovation, Zedd's day fest seems a fitting way for dance to return to the beautiful venue, which has been often described as the Central Park of L.A. Appearing with Zedd on the bill are Medasin, Oliver Tree and Whethan.

"I'm so excited to headline at Los Angeles State Historic Park," Zedd told Billboard. "It's an incredible space and so iconic to L.A., I can't wait."

Zedd was nominated at the 60th GRAMMY Awards along with Alessia Cara for their song "Stay" under Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. In a 2014 interview with the Recording Academy, the Russian native attributed his Best Dance Recording win for "Clarity" at the 56th GRAMMY Awards to first meeting Skrillex, early in his career, and then discovering Foxes' voice.

Zedd's "The Middle" with Maren Morris and Grey was his fourth single to reach Billboard's Hot 100's top 10, at No. 5 on April 28th's chart. His GRAMMY-winning "Clarity" peaked at No. 8 in Aug. 2013 and last year's "Stay" topped at No. 7 in May 2017. His 2014 "Break Free" featured-artist spot with Ariana Grande went to No. 4.

Tickets for Zedd In The Park go on pre-sale on May 10 and open to the general public on May 11.
