It's finally 2019 and RodeoHouston's lineup is ready to bring all of Houston an array of musical artists to look forward to with its diverse genres from Feb. 25–March 17.
Kacey Musgraves will open the rodeo concert series a part of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo on Feb. 25, while Lyle Lovett and Robert Earl Keen will close it out on March 17. Cardi B, Prince Royce, Tim McGraw, Zedd, Los Tigres Del Norte, Santana, Camila Cabello and Kings Of Leon are among other performers.

The lineup for the predominantly country concert series was notably low on female performers, with Musgraves as the only woman associated with the country genre.
Women in country have been outspoken about the lack of airplay they have received on the radio.

The annual Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo has been open since 1932 and promotes agriculture, supports Texas Youth and highlights Western culture. The event also features a ranching and wildlife expo, a carnival, food and rodeo competitions.
