Quincy Jones will revisit his historic production of the three Michael Jackson super-albums Off The Wall, Thriller and Bad with a symphonic special event on June 23 at London's O2 Arena, featuring making-of video segments shown for the first time in public. Orchestral conducting duties will be shared with GRAMMY winner Jules Buckley.

Two days after the occasion will be the 10th anniversary of Jackson's tragic death. Jones will host and present unique insights into the creation of the iconic hat trick, three albums that shaped pop music culture and changed it forever. The three albums sold more than 150 million units combined. In 2008, Off The Wall and Thriller were inducted into the GRAMMY Hall Of Fame.
Jones is coming off a big win for Best Music Film for 'Quincy' at last night's 61st GRAMMY Awards. The documentary on Jones' life and career earned wins for directors Alan Hicks and Rashida Jones and producer Paula DuPré Pesmen.
Tickets for the orchestral event go on sale on Feb. 15 at the O2's website. Special guest appearances are still pending further announcement.
