Rising star Kali Uchis has announced fall dates for her North American headliner tour, with Gabriel Garzon-Montano opening for her most shows except for a few dates with Cuco subbing in. The tour begins Sept. 13 in Seattle and wraps up Oct. 23 in Minneapolis, Minn.

While Uchis comes across as laid-back and languid, she's been hard at work paying her dues as a singer, songwriter and producer. She directed her latest video herself, mashing up the tracks "Body Language" and "Gotta Get Up" from her April debut LP Isolation, which reached No. 32 on the Billboard 200 in April.

Uchis received both her first GRAMMY and Latin GRAMMY nominations in 2017. At the 60th GRAMMY Awards, Uchis was nominated with Daniel Caesar for Best R&B Performance for "Get You," which the pair co-wrote. In March the single peaked at No. 93 on Billboard's Hot 100. At the 18th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards, Uchis' featured spot opposite Juanes on "El Ratico" brought them both a Record Of The Year Latin GRAMMY nomination.

Uchis has toured earlier this year with Lana Del Ray, and she turned heads when she brought Tyler, The Creator on stage at her noteworthy Coachella performance. Whether or not you're one of the lucky attendees as she headlines this fall, you can bet you'll be hearing more from Kali Uchis.
