Eric Clapton has unveiled plans to host a tribute concert to honor and celebrate his former band mate in Cream and Blind Faith, the late Ginger Baker. Baker, one of rock's most innovative and influential drummers, died on Oct. 6 at age 80,

“Eric Clapton & Friends: A Tribute to Ginger Baker” is set to take place at Hammersmith Apollo in London on Feb. 17, 2020. While other performers have yet to be announced, Rolling Stone reports the eveneing's setlist will focus on the music Clapton and Baker created together. Proceeds from the concert will benefit Leonard Cheshire, a UK health and welfare charity Baker was close to that aids people living with disabilities.

With Cream, Baker was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and received the Recording Academy's prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award. Cream were also nominated for the GRAMMY for Best New Artist for 1968.

Tickets for “Eric Clapton & Friends: A Tribute to Ginger Baker” go on sale Fri., Nov. 29.
