Folk/rock songwriting hero Conor Oberst has revealed dates for a U.S. solo tour in July. Oberst just wrapped a run alongside Phoebe Bridgers in support of the duo's Better Oblivion Community Center self-titled album, which dropped earlier this year.

The 11-show run will begin in Portsimouth, N.H., on July 17 and run through the end of month, hitting cities in the Northeast and Midwest before wrapping in Minneapolis on July 28. Songwriter and multi-media artist Joanna Sternberg will open all shows on the tour.
Oberst has partnered with social change organization Plus 1 for the tour, and has pledge $1 from every ticket sold will be contributed to direct legal and social services for detained men, women, and children under threat of deportation.

Initially introduced to the world via his band Bright Eyes, Oberst has been recording, performing and releasing music since 1993. His latest solo album, Salutations, was released in 2017.
Tickets for the tour go on sale Friday, April 19 at 10 a.m. EST.
