Billie Eilish turned Crypto.com Arena into her very own dollhouse with a performance of "What Was I Made For?" at the 2024 GRAMMYs.

Dressed in a very Barbie-chic tweed coat, pink head scarf and cat-eye sunglasses straight out of the 1960s, Eilish was flanked by brother FINNEAS on the piano and a five-piece string section as she delicately questioned, "Takin' a drive, I was an ideal/ Looked so alive, turns out I'm not real/ Just something you paid for/ What was I made for?"

Featured as the emotional cornerstone of last summer's Barbie, Eilish's beautiful, existential pop ballad — which she co-wrote with FINNEAS — earned five nominations at this year's ceremony, including nods for Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year, Best Pop Solo Performance and Best Music Video. Ahead of her performance, the pop star had already taken home the GRAMMY for Best Song Written For Visual Media, beating out three other songs from Barbie the Album and Rihanna's "Lift Me Up" from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever in the blockbuster-packed category.

Additionally, Eilish scored one other nomination this year for "Never Felt So Alone," her 2023 collaboration with Labrinth, which was up for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance but lost to "Ghost in the Machine" by SZA featuring Phoebe Bridgers

The superstar's six latest nominations bring her career total to 25 in just half a decade, ever since she made history by sweeping the General Field Categories back in 2020 by taking home the golden gramophones for Best New Artist, Album Of The Year, Record Of The Year and Song Of The Year (as well as Best Pop Vocal Album) in the wake of her acclaimed debut, WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO? and its smash single "bad guy."
