Born into a musical legacy that has few rivals, Ashely Campbell — daughter of the late GRAMMY-winning country singer/songwriter Glen Campbell — is ready to step into her own light. She will release her debut album, The Lonely One, on May 11. In anticipation, she's debuted the LP's title track on March 2.

The creation of the 13-track album was a family affair. The Lonely One is co-produced by her brother Cal Campbell, while another brother, Shannon Campbell, co-wrote the track "Looks Like Time" in addition to adding vocals and guitar to the LP. For her part, Ashley Campbell showcases her banjo work in addition to her singing chops.

"You can expect some fun songs and also some stories from my personal life and experiences that I've had that I needed to write about," Campbell told Rolling Stone Country while making the album. "And you can expect some banjo."

Campbell is currently on tour in the U.K. through June, with North American tour dates expected to follow.
