GRAMMY-nominated Mexican regional music singer Angela Aguilar will perform at SESAC's Latina Music Awards on June 5 in Beverly Hills.
The singer is the latest artist to be announced and will join Banda Los Sebastianes and Valentino as performers at the awards.
The SESAC, an invitation-only Performing Rights Organization that represents the world's top songwriters, composers and music publishers, celebrates the accomplishments of Latinas in music at the Latina Music Awards, honoring a Song Of The Year, Publisher Of The Year and Songwriter Of The Year, among other awards. During the 2019 awards, Spanish rock icon Enrique Bunbury will be awarded the SESAC Latina Icon Award, which is rarely presented.
Aguilar was among the youngest to be nomimated for a golden gramophone at the 61st GRAMMY Awards earlier this year and took the stage for a rendition of "La Llorona" alongside Aida Cuevas and Natalia Lafourcade.
