Rock legends Aerosmith have a massive year ahead of them. In addition to being honored as the 2020 MusiCares Person Of The Year, the four-time GRAMMY winners are launching a European tour next summer. The 14-date trek, which runs from June through July 2020, will take the band to major arenas and stadiums across the continent, in addition to a stop at iDays Festival in Italy.

In announcing the tour today (Dec. 6), Aerosmith may have also inadvertently revealed that the band will be playing at Glastonbury Festival next year. In an email sent to fans via their official mailing list, the group listed their forthcoming European tour dates, which include a stop at the U.K. festival next June. While the tour dates posted on the band's official social media channels and website do not list Glastonbury, the routing coincides with the festival's confirmed 2020 dates.

The forthcoming European tour marks the 50-year anniversary of Aerosmith's formation, which dates back to 1970 in Boston. The trek follows the launch of the group's Las Vegas residency this past April.
Counting millions of albums sold worldwide, Aerosmith were inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame in 2001. The band has won four GRAMMYs in the Best Rock Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocal category between 1990 and 1998. They made their debut on the GRAMMY stage in 1991, performing The Beatles' "Come Together."
The general on-sale for Aerosmith's 2020 European summer tour begins Friday, Dec. 13, at 9 a.m. via the band's official website.
