Prior to the Recording Academy, she was Deputy Director of Scheduling for Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Montana graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Law, Society, and Justice. As a former dancer for 16 years, her passion for the arts has continued into her career.
