Media Company Registration and Online Entry Process (OEP)

Media Company Registration 

Submissions for GRAMMY consideration through the Online Entry Process (OEP) can only be made by registered Media Companies and Recording Academy Members. Registered Companies are NOT permitted to vote in the GRAMMY Awards Process. The 69th GRAMMY Awards eligibility period is for recordings released August 31, 2025 through August 28, 2026. Companies will receive further information by email pending registration approval. Please note that there is a yearly $180 registration fee that will be collected only if the company is approved. 

Media Company Registration will be open during the following dates: 

June 25, 2026 (9 a.m. PT) through August 14, 2026 (6 p.m. PT)

Media Company OEP Login

The Online Entry Process (OEP) is now open! If you are an approved Media Company you can now make your entries. 

If you have not yet registered and would like to make entries in this year's GRAMMY Awards process, please do so (see above).  

Approved Media Companies MAKE ENTRIES HERE 

The Online Entry Process (OEP), to make entries in the 68th GRAMMY Awards, will be open for during the dates below: 

Entry Period – July 7, 2026 (9 a.m. PT) through August 21, 2026 (6 p.m. PT) 

Recording Academy Member OEP Access 

Voting and Professional members may make entries by first logging into their Member Dashboard. Once logged in, click on the SUBMIT TO ONLINE ENTRY PROCESS button. 

Important Membership Dates 

  • July 31 – Last day to renew or join to participate in OEP. 
  • Sept. 15 – Last day to renew or join to receive the first-round ballot. 
  • Nov. 1 – Last day to renew to receive be eligible for telecast ticket purchase and receive final-round ballot. 


IMPORTANT: The 69th GRAMMY Awards eligibility period is for recordings released August 31, 2025 through August 28, 2026. Only recordings that are COMMERCIALLY RELEASED in the United States are eligible for consideration. Please note that credits submitted at the time of entry are considered final and determine which credited individuals are eligible for GRAMMY statuettes or certificates.

  • Full Booklets/liner notes (for Album Notes & Historical Categories) 
  • Approved Press Photos
