Media Company Registration and Online Entry Process (OEP)

Submissions for Grammy consideration through the Online Entry Process (OEP) can only be made by registered Media Companies and Recording Academy Members. Registered Companies are NOT permitted to vote in the Grammy Awards Process. The 69th Grammy Awards eligibility period is for recordings released August 31, 2025 through August 28, 2026. Companies will receive further information by email pending registration approval.

Media Company Registration will be open during the following dates: June 25, 2026 (9 a.m. PT) through August 14, 2026 (6 p.m. PT)
