  • Formed in 2005 in Greeneville, Tennessee
     
  • The Band Perry broke through with their 2010 single, "If I Die Young," which reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. The track was featured on their self-titled debut album, which featured other hits such as "Hip To My Heart," "You Lie," "All Your Life," and "Postcard From Paris."
     
  • At the 57th GRAMMY Awards, the trio won their first GRAMMY for Best Country Duo/Group Performance for "Gentle On My Mind."
     
  • Did you know? Kimberly Perry sang in her own band as a teenager. Her brothers, Neil and Reid, also had their own band, the Mobile Music Machines. 
     
  • In 2015 the Band Perry performed "You Haven't Done Nothin'" as part of the lineup for "Stevie Wonder: Songs In The Key Of Life — An All-Star GRAMMY Salute," a GRAMMY TV special celebrating Wonder's iconic songbook. 
     
  • In 2016 they were among the performers at the MusiCares Person of the Year tribute to Lionel Richie. The annual gala raises funds for MusiCares, which provides services and resources that cover a wide range of financial, medical and personal emergencies for music people.
