- Country singer/songwriter Ashley Monroe broke through with her second studio album, 2012's Like A Rose, which reached No. 10 on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart.
- Monroe earned her first two career GRAMMY nominations for 2015 for Best Country Album (The Blade) and Best Country Duo/Group Performance ("Lonely Tonight") with Blake Shelton.
- She is a member of the trio Pistol Annies along with GRAMMY winner Miranda Lambert and Angaleena Presley.
- In 2012 Monroe participated in a songwriters round at the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, Tenn., which benefitted The Recording Academy Nashville Chapter.
