	<li>Arcade Fire's first album, Funeral, brought them critical recognition and commercial success. The album charted on the Billboard 200 and appeared on many year-end critic's lists. The album's singles, such as "Rebellion (Lies)," helped build the band a strong following.</li>

	<li>The Suburbs won Arcade Fire their first career GRAMMY win for <a href="https://www.grammy.com/grammys/awards/winners-nominees/139">Album Of The Year</a>&nbsp;for 2010. The band celebrated its victory by making their GRAMMY stage debut at the <a href="https://www.grammy.com/grammys/awards/53rd-annual-grammy-awards">53rd GRAMMY Awards</a> in 2011 with "Month Of May" and "Ready To Start."</li>
</ul>

	<li>In college, Will Butler had to obtain permission to skip class so the band could perform on "Late Night With Conan O'Brien." He later gave his professor a copy of Rolling Stone to prove the story.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Arcade Fire donate $1 from every concert ticket sold to Plus One, an organization the band founded to support Haiti. The initiative has raised more than $2 million.</li>
</ul>

Arcade Fire won Album Of The Year for&nbsp;The Suburbs&nbsp;at the 53rd GRAMMY Awards.
