The Beach Boys' Al Jardine Speaks In Awe About "A GRAMMY Salute To The Beach Boys"

Founding Beach Boy member Al Jardine reflects upon what "A GRAMMY Salute To The Beach Boys" means to him as the band rounds the corner of 60 years.

Presented by the Recording Academy and CBS, "A GRAMMY Salute To The Beach Boys" premieres Sunday, April 9, from 8 – 10 p.m. ET/PT on the CBS Television Network, and will be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+. The two-hour tribute special features a star-studded lineup of performers, including John Legend, Brandi Carlile, Beck, Fall Out Boy, Mumford & Sons, LeAnn Rimes, St. Vincent, Weezer, and many more, who will perform all your favorite Beach Boys classics.

The tribute will also feature presenters and special guests, including Tom Hanks, Elton John, Bruce Springsteen, Drew Carey, Jimmy Jam, John Stamos, and Recording Academy CEO Harvey Mason jr., as well as Beach Boys core members Brian Wilson, Mike Love, Al Jardine, Bruce Johnston, and David Marks as featured guests.
