Country stars Carly Pearce and Ashley McBryde became the first female pairing to win a GRAMMY for Best Country Duo/Group Performance with their chart-topping hit "Never Wanted To Be That Girl" at the 2023 GRAMMYs.

Pearce and McBryde were in disbelief as they accepted their award, as it also marked the first win for both singers. After Pearce exclaimed, "We won a GRAMMY!," McBryde couldn’t help but follow it with "Holy s—!"
