She opened her first-ever GRAMMYs with an emotional symphonic performance, dedicated to Kobe Bryant. "Truth Hurts" won Lizzo the golden gramophone for Best Pop Solo Performance, with 'Cuz I Love You' also earning Best Urban Contemporary Album and album cut "Jerome" taking home Best Traditional R&B Performance.
