Audio engineer Natalia Ramirez has worked with some of the biggest names in Latin music including Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, Alejandro Sanz and more, but hasn't lost sight of what got here to this point: opportunity. The Colombia native stays humble and grateful about how far she's come and talks about mentorship, the nuances of vocal tuning and more in the latest episode of Behind the Board.

"The challenge [with vocal tuning] is always like what can I touch that is not gonna make it sound artificial or that is not gonna make it go away from the genre because you always want to respect what that particular [genre] is," she says.
