Ashe Performs An Elegant, Unadorned Version Of Norah Jones' "Don't Know Why" | ReImagined At Home

In the latest episode of ReImagined At Home, singer/songwriter Ashe performs Norah Jones' "Don't Know Why," the Jesse Harris composition which garnered Jones Record Of The Year and Best Female Pop Vocal Performance in 2003.

Every year, Norah Jones' calling-card single "Don't Know Why" feels more like a modern standard. The Jesse Harris-written and twice-GRAMMY-winning song still feels fresh on her 2002 debut album, Come Away With Me, and on her recent live album, 'Til We Meet Again, she pulls at its groove like taffy. Now, we have Ashe to write her own page in the story. In the latest episode of ReImagined At Home, Ashe strips down "Don't Know Why" to its essence, singing it straight while accompanying herself on a keyboard.
