Singer/songwriter WYATT delivers a soulful, heartfelt performance of Eric Clapton's 1996 single "Change the World," direct from his bedroom, in the latest episode of the ReImagined At Home cover series. Clapton's version of the song, itself a cover of a Wynonna Judd original, won the GRAMMY for Record Of The Year at the 39th GRAMMY Awards, which took place in 1997.
