Henry Rollins Honors Seymour Stein On "GRAMMY Salute To Music Legends"

The punk rocker, writer, actor, and host pays tribute to Sire Records' co-founder during a concert celebrating the Recording Academy's 2018 Special Merit Awards recipients that will air on PBS on Oct. 5.

As co-founder of Sire Records and vice president at Warner Music Group, Seymour Stein demonstrated his uncanny gift for knowing what's next by signing Barenaked Ladies, the Cult, the Cure, Echo & the Bunnymen, k.d. lang, Madonna, the Pretenders, Radio Birdman, the Ramones, the Saints, Talking Heads, and many more. On the upcoming third annual "GRAMMY Salute To Music Legends," multi-talent rocker Henry Rollins will present Stein his 2018 Recording Academy Trustees Award.
