U2 bassist Adam Clayton received a hero's welcome at the 13th annual MusiCares MAP Fund benefit concert on June 26 at the PlayStation Theater in New York City. Clayton was honored with the Stevie Ray Vaughan Award for his commitment to helping others with the addiction recovery process. Hosted by TV personality Cat Deeley, the event featured performances by the Lumineers, Jack Garratt, Macy Gray, Michael Franti, and Chronixx. U2 closed with a special set to salute their bandmate, including their GRAMMY-winning hit "Vertigo."
