MusiCares will begin offering free 30 minute Yoga sessions every Wednesday via Zoom. This is a unique opportunity only for MusiCares clients and we are excited to offer it to you! First class is Wednesday Feb 10th and continues every Wednesday. Attend every session or skip around; no commitment required. Sessions are led by a certified yoga instructor and no experience is necessary to join. Come move, breathe, and de-stress.

Champions of normalizing the conversation about mental health, they will address the topic through two lenses; the pandemic/COVID and racial injustice.
