These are all signs of burnout! Yoga has many tools to help one achieve a sense of balance, calm and over-all well-being. You don't have to be an athlete or acrobat to reap the benefits. This is an ideal workshop for first-timers and those just starting, or getting back into, their practice, but all are welcome!
This workshop will break down a variety of physical postures, breathing techniques, and some general anatomy awareness to help the body relax and restore.
Come prepared to learn how you can benefit from yoga! Dress in comfy exercise gear because everyone is encouraged to participate! Please bring a yoga mat or towel too!
