On Feb. 4, MusiCares will participate in an Industry Session hosted by Music Forward. The panel discussion will include industry professionals Kristelle Asaka (The Jed Foundation, Sr Campus Advisor), Yolo (Black Emotional and Mental Health Collective (BEAM), Founder), and Harold Owens (MusiCares, Senior Director) sharing tips and strategies for maintaining your health and wellness as you continue to follow your dream of a career in music.

MusiCares will begin offering free 30 minute Yoga sessions every Wednesday via Zoom. This is a unique opportunity only for MusiCares clients and we are excited to offer it to you! First class is Wednesday Feb 10th and continues every Wednesday. Attend every session or skip around; no commitment required. Sessions are led by a certified yoga instructor and no experience is necessary to join. Come move, breathe, and de-stress.
