Calling all musicians! Is your posture causing back, neck or shoulder tension when you play your instrument? Do you want to improve and sustain better posture? Join us for a free unique and beneficial workshop on the Alexander Technique. This class will teach simple and practical tools; participants will learn how to sit at the computer and sit or stand at your instrument with more ease.
