Survive the Madness: Music and Mental Health at WMC

Featuring Paavo Siljamäki (Above & Beyond)

A musician’s lifestyle and career can be precarious; industry success, financial struggles, entrepreneurialism and mental health. The list goes on. How can artists maintain mental fitness in an industry that is unstable? How does one navigate the roller coaster of emotions and stressors that come along with a career in music? Moderated by Jennifer Leff, Senior Director of MusiCares, Paavo Siljamäki will explore these issues and discuss his journey.
