Brody Ray Gets Intimate On "Make A Love Song With Me" | TRANScendent Sounds Fest 2020
Nebraska-born, Nashville-based singer-songwriter Brody Ray performs an intimate version of his new original song, "Make A Love Song With Me," for GRAMMY.com's inaugural TRANScendent Sounds Fest.
A vocal advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, Ray is a former finalist on "America's Got Talent," where he shocked the crowd and celebrity judges in 2018 with his moving music and his story of transitioning. He plans to release new music in fall 2020.
Presented by GRAMMY.com, TRANScendent Sounds Fest (TSF) is a virtual music festival spotlighting a diverse roster of Transgender artists. While TSF is meant to serve as a celebration, it also brings awareness to the ever-present social hurdles of the community at large and the disproportionate levels of violence that specifically harm Black Trans women.
