Since debuting on the music scene in 2005, Rihanna has flipped the tables on popular music … a few times.

Whether it's earworm candy such as "Diamonds,” amazing collabs like "The Monster" (with Eminem) and "Umbrella" (with Jay-Z) or chart-burners like "Only Girl In The World," Rihanna's catalog has been marked by plenty of diamonds.

Rihanna is the youngest and fastest solo artist to earn 14 No. 1 singles on the Billboard Hot 100 — she currently holds 31 Top 10 singles on the chart. Her last two studio albums, 2012's Unapologetic and 2016's Anti, hit No. 1 on the Billboard 200.

She's earned nine GRAMMYs and 33 nominations and graced the stage on Music's Biggest Night multiple times, including her 2018 performance of "Wild Thoughts" with DJ Khaled and Bryson Tiller.

Style-wise, Rihanna is an icon. Her every move is studied by the media and the fashion industry. In 2014 she was presented with the Fashion Icon lifetime achievement award from Council of Fashion Designers of America a special prize reserved for "an individual whose style has made a significant impact on popular culture on an international stage."And all this before her 30th birthday!

In celebration of her B-day today, cast your vote below for your favorite studio album from Rihanna.

Collectively, they've hauled in more than 50 GRAMMY Awards between them. Individually, each made a huge splash with their first musical impression — their debut studio album.

Adele, Beyoncé, Rihanna, Taylor Swift: Which debut album from these GRAMMY winners is your favorite?

After her reign in Destiny's Child, Beyoncé set out on her own with 2003's Dangerously In Love. Her solo debut featured a "good balance of ... ballads and ... mid-tempos with just ridin'-in-your-car feels, to a lot of ... up-tempo club songs, to really sexy songs," as Bey put it. It spawned two No. 1 jams — "Crazy In Love" and "Baby Boy" — and earned the Texas native five GRAMMYs, including Best Contemporary R&B Album.

Spanning dancehall songs and R&B ballads, Rihanna struck gold, literally, with her debut, 2005's Music Of The Sun. The LP no doubt lit the fire for the Barbadian beauty's career, yielding the hits "Pon De Replay" and "If It's Lovin' That You Want" on its way to a No. 10 position on the Billboard 200. Music Of The Sun was certified gold by the RIAA, marking the first hint of RiRi's future sales dominance.

Released in 2006, Taylor Swift offered an impressive glimpse into the promising songcraft of one Taylor Alison Swift — and she was only 16 when she released it. The countryfied debut featured five big singles — each attaining RIAA platinum status by the RIAA — including "Tim McGraw," "Teardrops On My Guitar" and "Our Song." AllMusic labeled her a "talent to be reckoned [with]" — indeed, Swift earned her first GRAMMY nomination for Best New Artist at the 50th GRAMMY Awards.

Adele's career hit the ground running with the release of 19 in 2008. Blue-eyed soul hits such as "Chasing Pavements," "Hometown Glory" and "Make You Feel My Love" provided compelling testimony to Adele's powerful voice, which BBC Music described as "stunning." It all yielded an equally stunning first act for the English singer, who earned a No. 4 Billboard 200 debut, sales of more than 3 million, and her first career GRAMMYs for Best New Artist and Best Female Pop Vocal Performance for "Chasing Pavements."

It goes without saying, each of these albums made a huge dent on pop culture. But we want to know: Which of these debut albums is your favorite? Cast your vote!

We're only three weeks into 2021, which means we have plenty of time left for new music releases. There are already some big albums confirmed and many more TBD ( based on artists' hints in interviews and social posts).

While Rihanna's long-awaited, "dangerously anticipated" ninth LP may be gifted to fans this year, it seems very likely music lovers will also be granted new albums from Adele, Billie Eilish, Cardi B, Brazilian pop queen Anitta, Gwen Stefani, Lil Nas X, Kacey Musgraves, Sade, Rosalía, Lorde, and many more.

Let us know whose new album you are most excited to hear this year in our poll below:

Every year, noted music veterans, up-and-coming artists and everyone in between come together under one roof at the GRAMMY Awards to recognize some of the industry's most talented individuals. But with so many personalities in the room, you never know what could happen!

As 2018 draws to a close and we inch closer to the 61st Annual GRAMMY Awards on Feb. 10, we're looking back at some of the most surprising moments that have taken place on the GRAMMYs stage.

7 Unexpected GRAMMY On-Stage Moments

For starters, at the 30th GRAMMY Awards in 1988, pop icon Little Richard didn't exactly stick to the script when he was announcing the Best New Artist Award alongside proto-punk king Buster Poindexter.

Clad in a tan suit and aviators, Little Richard cracked: "And the Best New Artist is… Me!" Fortunately, the crowd loved it and broke into uproarious laughter.

"I have never received nothing,” he continued. “Ya'll ain't never give me no GRAMMY. And I've been singing for years. I am the architect of rock and roll."

Another unexpected moment happened when Taylor Swift was not present to accept her Best Pop Vocal Album win for 1989 during the 58th GRAMMY Awards in 2016. Jack Antonoff, who wrote and produced a number of songs on the album, went onstage to accept the award and phoned Swift to let her know.

"She's gonna freak, hold on," Antonoff says as the phone rings.

"Hello," Taylor answers.

60th GRAMMYs: What You Didn't See On TV

"Taylor, it’s Jack. I'm not doing a bit. We just won Pop Vocal Album."

"What!?" she replies as the crowd cheers. "We won!!" Taylor can be heard over the cheering crowd.

What’ll happen at the 2019 show? Tune in to the 61st GRAMMY Awards on Feb. 10 to find out, and click on the video above to watch more unexpected GRAMMY moments from years past.
