Rage Against The Machine are hitting the road for the first time in roughly a decade. The GRAMMY-winning "Guerilla Radio" band has announced a 40-date tour that will take them all over the U.S., including Chicago, Detroit and Oakland, Calif, as well as cities in Canada and Europe.

The tour will launch in El Paso, Texas on March 26 and end in Vienna, Austria on Sept. 12. Run the Jewels will support the band on tour, except for the date in Chicago. The North American tour dates are an addition to the previously announced sets at Coachella and Firefly Music Festival. The band, which disbanded in 2000, announced a series of reunion performance dates late last year.

All proceeds of the first three tour dates in border towns will go to immigrant rights organizations. Some proceeds from other shows will go to charities throughout the year.

Tickets go on sale Thursday, Feb. 13.

Rage Against The Machine, the politically charged rock band known for anthems like "Killing In The Name," has announced a series of reunion dates to reportedly conclude at 2020 Coachella.

"Yes...it's true...2020..." the band confrimed via Twitter. The GRAMMY-winning band, which formed in the early '90s, last reunited during their 2011 L.A. Rising performance in Los Angeles. Their last album was 2000's Renegades.

This time around, RATM will skip Los Angeles and launch their comeback in El Paso, Texas on March 26 then head to La Cruces, N.M., Phoenix and end with performances at both weekends of Coachella 2020, April 10 and 17.

Since their split in 2000, guitarist Tom Morello, bassist Tim Commerford and drummer Brad Wilk formed Prophets of Rage with Chuck D and DJ Lord (Public Enemy), as well as B-Real (Cypress Hill). Frontman Zach DeLaRocha worked on his own projects, including One Day As A Lion with Jon Theodore. The band first reunited at Coachella in 2007 and joins groups like Mazzy Star and Outkast to have chosen the Indio, Calif. fest as their reunion ground.

Earlier this week, emo rock band My Chemical Romance announced their own reunion date in December of this year.

Electric Picnic, one of Ireland's leading festivals, has today (March 11) announced the initial lineup for its 2020 iteration. The sold-out three-day event, taking place September 4-6 in Stradbally Hall in Stradbally, County Laois, Ireland, has confirmed headliners Rage Against The Machine, who recently reunited for the first time in nearly a decade, Snow Patrol, The Chemical Brothers, Irish group Picture This and Lewis Capaldi. The lineup also includes Run The Jewels, Denzel Curry, Skepta, Annie Mac, Rick Astley, Helena Hauff and others, with many more to be announced.

The festival's lineup announcement comes in the midst of the global coronavirus outbreak, which has recently caused multiple festivals and tours around the world to cancel or postpone, including Coachella and Stagecoach in Southern California as well as Ultra Music Festival in Miami and SXSW in Austin.

In an interview with Irish daily newspaper The Irish Times, festival organizer Melvin Benn of Festival Republic, the company behind Electric Picnic, said he does not expect to cancel or postpone the festival due to the coronavirus.

"I'm not worried about it at all," he said. "I'm full steam ahead unless the governments here and in the U.K. say we can't go ahead... I'm 100 per cent of the belief that by June we will all be over the hump and we will all have forgotten about it, quite frankly, and all you buggers will find something else to write about it.

"At this point in time I have got nothing in my head other than planning for this festival to take place at the time it will take place. When you put it in perspective about the number of people that could be seriously hurt, I think it has been whipped up a little bit, but it's a great news story.

"The reality is that, for me, I'm about providing entertainment outdoors until somebody forces me to stop."

In the same interview, Benn, who called this year's lineup “incredible, with five headliners," acknowledged the lack of female headliners at Electric Picnic 2020, noting an absence of female headlining acts this summer, according to The Irish Times. “We are completely committed to bringing women through all of the line-ups, but there is not a gender-balance ability across the headliners generally at the moment," he said.

Launched in 2004, Electric Picnic is an award-winning festival and one of the biggest music and arts gatherings in Ireland. In 2019, the festival featured headliners The Strokes, Florence + the Machine, Hozier and The 1975, among many others.

Tickets for Electric Picnic 2020 are now sold out. Head to the festival's official website for more information and to view the full lineup.

The Akron, Ohio band released their album Let's Rock last year. They had not released new music since 2014's Turn Blue. Vocalist/guitarist Dan Auerbach spoke to the Recording Academy about their hiatus and how a recording session with Glenn Schwartz inspired him to text drummer Patrick Carney about recording together again.

"[The session] just brought back so many great memories that I just texted Pat, 'Let’s make a Black Keys record,'" he said.

Presale for the tour starts Friday 10 a.m. local time. For more information, visit the band's website.

Late last year, Canadian singer/songwriter Alanis Morissette announced a 31-date North American tour in celebration of the 25th anniversary of her hit album Jagged Little Pill. Now she has announced a European leg that will continue the love for her breakthrough album around the world.

The GRAMMY winner is launching the European leg in Copenhagen, Denmark on September 23 and then taking the tour to other cities including London, Dublin, Milan, and Madrid before the last stop in Paris on Oct. 22. Liz Phair, who will open for Morissette on the North American trek, will continue to support her on the European tour.

Jagged Little Pill, released in 1995, features some of Morissette's most memorable songs to date including "You Outta Know" and "Head Over Feet." The album inspired a Broadway musical that opened last fall. But Morissette isn't stuck in the past; her forthcoming album Such Pretty Forks In The Road, the follow-up to 2012's Havoc and Bright Lights, is set to be released in May. Her latest single, "smiling" was released Friday, Aug 21.

For more tour dates in Europe and ticket information, visit Morissette's website.
