Puerto Rico: Ricky Martin, Daddy Yankee Support Hurricane Maria Victims
Hurricane Maria has ravaged Puerto Rico, leaving the island nation of 3.4 million powerless for up to four to six months, according to CNN.
Puerto Rico Gov. Ricardo Rosselló labeled the category four storm as the "most devastating storm to hit the island this century, if not in modern history."
Due in part to the state of emergency in Puerto Rico, the Latin Recording Academy announced the postponement of 18th Latin GRAMMY Awards nominations. A variety of musicians have tweeted their support for Puerto Rico, expressing their concerns and condolences, including Ricky Martin, Luis Fonsi, Juan Luis Guerra, Daddy Yankee, and Ricardo Arjona.
