They don't call her the Material Girl for nothing. Madonna has topped Forbes magazine's list of top-earning celebrities with $125 million in earnings between June 2012 and June 2013. Other artists making the list include GRAMMY winner Lady Gaga at No. 10 with $80 million and GRAMMY-nominated country artist Toby Keith at No. 19 with $65 million.
A new semiautobiographical sitcom by Adam Levine and longtime friend and writer/actor/producer Gene Hong has been picked up by NBC three months after Levine signed a development deal with the network, according to the The Hollywood Reporter. The comedy is slated to go into production later this year.
Eminem is taking it "back to straight hip-hop" and starting from scratch, at least according to his new Rick Rubin-produced single "Berzerk," which marks the first release from Slim Shady's forthcoming new album, The Marshall Mathers LP 2, due Nov. 5. … GRAMMY-winning producer and Garbage drummer Butch Vig revealed via Twitter on Aug. 23 that he is "psyched" to be teaming once again with the Foo Fighters on their forthcoming new album, expected to be released in 2014.
After posting a series of inconspicuous tweets of words associated with the word "new," on Aug. 27 Paul McCartney revealed his new single of the same name. "New" will be featured on Macca's forthcoming same-titled album, set for release on Oct. 15. … A second wave of previously unheard recordings from the Beatles' '60s-era BBC Radio sessions will be released this fall, according to The Guardian. … A previously unheard version of Ringo Starr performing "Octopus's Garden" will be released along with his children's book of the same name in October, according to a report.
It's a beautiful day for singer Michael Bublé and wife Luisana Lopilato as the couple welcomed their first child, Noah Bublè, on Aug. 27 in Vancouver. Bublé shared the news via an Instagram photo with a caption that read: "Overjoyed and filled with gratitude at the arrival of our son Noah Buble."
A new day has come for Celine Dion. The songstress, who earlier this year extended her contract at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas through 2019, has reportedly put her Florida home on the market for the modest sum of $72.5 million.

A late-night craving turned into a house fire for Ozzy Osbourne earlier this week when he attempted to make a bacon sandwich. Wife Sharon Osbourne was in London at the time, but tweeted, "I'm in London, @OfficialOzzy is in LA making a bacon sandwich last night and the fire brigade ended up at our house!!" Sometimes even iron men need firemen.
