Billie Eilish & FINNEAS Win Song Of The Year For "bad guy" | 2020 GRAMMYs
Earlier in the show, the 18-year-old pop powerhouse performed "when the party's over" for her GRAMMY stage musical debut. She also won Best Pop Vocal Album, for her massive 2019 debut LP, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?, which "bad guy" is on. FINNEAS earned Producer Of The Year, Non-Classical as well, for his work on the album.
By the end of Music's Biggest Night, each sibling went home with five golden gramophones each, including for Record Of The Year for "bad guy" and Album Of The Year for the LP. Celebrating her triumphant, non-conformist rise to pop stardom, Bilish also earned Best New Artist. Congrats you two!
Eight songs were in the running for Song Of The Year. The 2019 bop "bad guy" beat out fellow nominees "Always Remember Us This Way" by Lady Gaga, "Bring My Flowers Now" by Tanya Tucker, "Hard Place" by H.E.R., "Lover" by Taylor Swift, "Norman F**king Rockwell" by Lana Del Rey, "Someone You Loved" by Lewis Capaldi and "Truth Hurts" by Lizzo.
