2020 Rock And Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony Postponed To November
Citing the recent outbreak of COVID-19 as the reason for its postponement, the 2020 Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame Induction Ceremony is being pushed back.
The ceremony and induction festivities that were originally set to take place on May 2, 2020 at the Public Hall Auditorium in Cleveland, will now take place on a new date of Saturday, Nov. 7, 2020 at the same location. The ceremony will still broadcast live on HBO for the first time ever, and details of the event’s rescheduled live broadcast will be announced at a later date.
The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame has also officially closed its doors until further notice as staff continue to monitor the situation in collaboration with public health officials.
Artists included in this year’s performer class are Nine Inch Nails, six-time GRAMMY winner Whitney Houston, T.Rex, hip-hop/rap legend Notorious B.I.G., Depeche Mode and two-time GRAMMY winners the Doobie Brothers.
Additional details including new dates and ticketing information is to be announced soon. Details will be announced and shared directly with ticket holders. For more information visit the Rock Hall Of Fame here.
