GRAMMY winner Britney Spears became the second artist in the history of the Billboard Hot 100 to debut multiple songs at No. 1 as "Hold It Against Me" topped the chart this week with 441,000 downloads, marking the highest first-week sales for a lead female artist, according to Nielsen SoundScan. In related news, Billboard has launched Billboard Uncharted, a new chart ranking emerging artists based on online exposure, including streamed plays, page views and fans on Myspace Music, and presence on sites such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, among others.
