It's time to dust off your floral crowns and boho-chic ensembles because the annual Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is just around the corner. It's time to prepare yourself for sun overexposure, mild dehydration and sleep deprivation, all in the name of good music. I know you may be thinking that after three days in Indio, Calif., last year, you told yourself, "Never again." But a year has passed and the desert oasis of music and good vibes is calling back. To add to your Coachella spirit, let's take a look inside the dance/electronica artists everyone's buzzing about.

This year's lineup boasts an impressive roster of EDM acts, both well-established and emerging. After seeing the lineup for Miami's Ultra Music Festival in March, I thought Coachella certainly had its work cut out in order to compete, but after close evaluation, there are some talented acts you won't want to miss. While we patiently wait for set times to be announced, it is without question that you'll find me in the infamous Sahara tent, which continues to grow year after year and has hosted some of the top EDM artists in the world, including Swedish House Mafia and Paul Oakenfold.

Of course, the talk of the lineup is the rumor that Daft Punk will make a cameo during Phoenix's performance. With Daft Punk's upcoming album, Random Access Memories, to be released May 21, and given the duo and Phoenix have shared the stage before, it's certainly something I dare to dream for. But there are plenty of confirmed acts to be excited about, including GRAMMY-nominated artist Steve Aoki, Major Lazer, Pretty Lights, Dillon Francis, Disclosure, Roni Size, the 2 Bears, and Robert DeLong, among many others.

Whether it's house, indietronica, trap, UK garage, minimal techno, dubstep, or experimental, never underestimate Coachella's booking power fueled by youthful nostalgia and a true myriad of genres, which, in my opinion, is what EDM is all about.

Who are you most excited to see?  Check out the full lineup for details. See you in the desert!
