The South by Southwest Music, Film and Interactive Conference was founded in 1987 in Austin, Texas, as a tool to bring creative individuals and companies together to share ideas. Today, the conference draws more than 32,000 registrants every March, spanning music, film and technology sectors. This year’s festival runs through March 18.
